The red carpet might be over, but our love affair with this award season's best trends has only begun. We couldn't help but notice colors that represent classic Americana dominating the red carpet: From fifty shades of blue to stars in white and red, primary colors made a splash at the 2015 Golden Globes. And guys, we let the numbers do the talking on this one: The 13 ladies who wore scarlet made this look the biggest of the night. Winter white was hot on the red carpet, with stars like Kate Hudson, Rosamund Pike and Emily Blunt sporting skin-baring renditions of the look. Watch video
No duh Lupita showed off one of our favorite beauty looks of the night—as if that has ever not been case. This time the Oscar winner matched her Giambattista Valli gown with metallic lavender and periwinkle eye shadow with fuchsia lipstick—making purple our new favorite color category to experiment with.
And we didn't forget about beauty: From sleek buns to plum lips, stars showed out in the glam hair and makeup department.
No question the ladies brought their A-game, and E!'s Live From the Red Carpet was there to capture all the style highlights of the night. Amal Clooney in Dior Haute Couture complete with white gloves, Emma Stone in a posh Lanvin jumpsuit and Kate Hudson in an ultra-plunging Versace number were among the top moments from the red carpet.
